Hi,

I've installed my SX-10 but there is a message at the upper right side that it is 'Not Registered'.

What does it mean and what do i have to do?

Thanks!

It means it is not registered with a CUCM or VCS etc.

See the admin guide for how to configure it if you are in fact using a callcontrol device such as a CUCM or VCS.

If you are using it as a "stand-alone" system, then you can remove this message by changing the "SystemUnit ContactInfo Type" to one of the other options, i.e. IP address, System Name and this will then be displayed instead - or set it to "None" to not have anything displayed - again see the admin guide.
