Cisco SX10 can not receive remote(SX20) audio/video

My SX10 can not receive remote(SX20) audio/video,but remote can receive my audio/video.

About SX10 setting,I only configure private ip setting ,In ASA,I have configured NAT setting and inside/outside access rule all pass.

what setting I miss?

You would need to open Audio/Video UDP port range 2326 - 2487 for incoming traffic.

I already open all port of TCP/UDP in ASA,

but still can't work.

Can you tell exactly how's the SX10 is deployed. Do you have a call control (CUCM/VCS) and call goes through Expressway-C to E then to SX20. Or is this a stand alone setup?

I just stand alone setup,no any call control.

SX10 only setup network setting with private IP,other setting is default

And I have NAT setting in the ASA.
