Hi All,
Like to check if you all encounter the same issue as me.
Recently I have installed Cisco SX80 on a customer site and they have done one-to-one NAT between WAN IP address and internal IP address and have open the ports that are required including static and dynamic port allocation as below-mentioned.
access-list 100 permit udp host 192.168.88.254 range 2326 2487 any
access-list 100 permit tcp host 192.168.88.254 range 2326 2487 any
access-list 100 permit udp host 192.168.88.254 range 5555 6555 any
access-list 100 permit udp host 192.168.88.254 range 60000 64999 any
access-list 100 permit tcp host 192.168.88.254 range 60000 64999 any
access-list 100 permit udp host 192.168.88.254 range 3230 3285 any
access-list 100 permit tcp host 192.168.88.254 range 3230 3285 any
access-list 100 permit tcp host 192.168.88.254 eq 1720 any
access-list 100 permit udp host 192.168.88.254 eq 1719 any
access-list 100 permit udp host 192.168.88.254 eq 5060 any
access-list 100 permit tcp host 192.168.88.254 range 5555 6555 any
access-list 100 permit udp host 192.168.88.254 range 11000 20999 any
access-list 100 permit tcp host 192.168.88.254 range 11000 20999 any
However we encounter content sharing in the following scenario:
Calling from Cisco (TC7.3.3) to Lifesize (v4.5.1) - content sharing from Cisco is working fine and Lifesize trigger content sharing also working fine but if Cisco trigger content sharing again, the content will not be seen on Lifesize endpoints but still able to be seen on Cisco endpoint.
Calling from Lifesize to Cisco - content sharing from Cisco endpoint, Lifesize endpoint will not be able to see but Cisco endpoint able to see the content it send. However, Lifesize trigger content sharing, content can be seen by Cisco and Lifesize endpoints.
Hope anyone can help to advise from here.
Thanks.
Regards

Sounds like a firewall issue, as most common these types of issues where this is one way video or audio is usually someone's firewall is not configured correct to allow the required ports.
On the Cisco side, you'll always see content locally when presenting, even if the content doesn't get to the far-end participant.
Are these standalone endpoints or registered to a call control server such as CUCM or VCS? If they're configured as standalone endpoints, for the SX80, is the H323 ports set to static and ports opened on firewall?
Is the NAT settings configured correctly on both endpoints?
