My system, Cisco SX80 (firmware CE8.2) and Touch 10 control panel, two Sony SRG-300H controlled by using RS232 VISCA daisy chaining.
I can control (PTZ) both camera`s using the Touch 10 touchscreen, RS232 VISCA daisy chaining is working, so far so good.
I can store a preset but it does not return 'exactly' to the stored position when I call the preset, both camera`s have the same issue.
However, when I do the same from my laptop and do a directly VISCA control of the camera it will return exactly to the previously stored position.
Please advise.
Best regards,

Toon,
What version of software are you running?
Thanks,
Justin

SX80 codec firmware CE8.2, Touch 10 is brand new unit, I am not at customer side to notice software/firmware versions.
No other or third party software is involved at this moment.
I`m writing software to control the SX80 by AMX control system and notice during standalone testing using SX80 and Touch 10 this strange behavior of preset control.
Our customer will use the wall mount Touch 10 to control only the SX80 or a iPad that include also full room control.

We have exact the same situation (Codec sx80 CE8.2 and this camera)
The presets are being saved but only the pan position is stored not the tilt position. Is that the same experience you have?
