Hi,
I have two SX20 Codecs that when connected to an 4K ultra HD TV I am not able to receive any audio. I have tested the units on another TV that is not a 4K TV and everything works fine. Has anyone else had any issues when connecting the codec to a 4K television?

I have not had any issues with connecting to a 4K TV. Make sure you're using the 1st (blue) HDMI output of the SX20, and not the 2nd (white) HDMI which doesn't carry audio.
Note: Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Video Over IP section you've posted in - I'd suggest, if the above hasn't answered your query, that you move your discussion over there.

I am not sure but you can check with your TV whether its spekers is working or not.
Also cross check the settings of TV.
Project your laptop using HDMI cable and check audio.

As Gomzy suggests, check the TV audio settings and test using a PC to verify the audio is even working. If you're relying on the HDMI output of the SX20 for audio, try using the RCA outputs.
