dtom
Level 1
Level 1

We are currently running the following software versions:

CallManager - 7.0.2

CTM - 1.6.5

Exchange 2007

The integration with Exchange is used to schedule Telepresence meetings.

Now, the plan is to update Exchange to 2013.  Will this work?  What documentation is available?

Cisco TelePresence® Management Suite Extension for Microsoft Exchange (Cisco® TMSXE) is the extension for Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (Cisco TMS) that enables telepresence scheduling through Microsoft Outlook.

Microsfot Exchange 2013 is supported in the newer versions of TMSXE (version 3.1 onwards) - the latest being TMSXE4.0.3.

Note: you may need to upgrade your TMS to support the requiredTMSXE version.  TMS version 14.2 or higher is requried for TMSXE3.1, and TMS14.4.2 for the latest TMSXE4.0.3.

As for docuemtnation, I suggest you start with the Release Notes for TMS and TMSXE.
