Hi,
We have an issue with Cisco Telepresence C40 with system software TC 7.2.1, the system is stuck in Maintenance Mode after boot up.
We tried the following operations :
We Rebooted C40 many times,
We did a factory reset using the web interface,
We upgraded the software to TC 7.3.1,
We downgrade the software to TC 7.0.2 and TC 6.3.4,
but still booting directly into Maintenance Mode. Any ideas to resolve this problem.
N.B :
Actually no third party equipment plugged in to the codec

Hi there
Seems to be the corrupt flash drive will be the issue here. You might need to open up a TAC and RMA the device.

As Rath said, going by what you have described as doing to fix it still hasn't worked, then it sounds like the device is faulty and you should contact the TAC to arrange an RMA under your service contract (if you have one), or look at replacing it with something newer as that product has been end of sale for 3 years already.
