need to either reset the password or perform a factory reset. I can access the web interface and PuttY in over a COM. Tried a few things people have written about with no success such as:
Log in with the user "PWREC".
This user is only available a short period of time after reboot. Logging in with this user will reset the password of the root user.
You need a COM cable to access the unit via serial and factory reset the system. Reboot the system and when
you get a login prompt login with the user "factoryreset".
