How do you use Cisco TelePresence Conference Director to schedule an MCU call with a SIP Endpoint?

Well if I am not wrong, you can not choose when you add a new partcipant the call out protocol. However as long as you have a sip endpoint you can simply put the address in the Add Paticipant > Address list and the MCU will call out

There are NO options within Conference Director to select SIP
If I prefix the dial string with sip (e.g. sip:user1@fqdn.com) it still calls out as H323
If you establish a SIP call from within the Web GUI of the MCU, you can then disconnect and reconnect a SIP client from Conference Director - but you cannot establish a new participant from Conference Director.
This is a major issue for a customer of ours...
