In order to activate AES encryption, how to get the Key?

As long as you are not in an restricted country, your Cisco Partner should be able to place a

0 dollar item order for it.

Before you do that you, your partner or cisco licensing if the key is already present

in the licensing portal.

As Martin said above, check the licencing portal and see if you already have a key for your device:

1. Click "Get Other Licfences", then "TelePresence Licence to Resend".
2. Type in the Serial Number of your device and click Search.
3. You'll then be provided with a list of the release keys for your device.  The one you're looking for is the "Encryption Option Key"

If you can't find it there (which we couldn't recently for one of ours), you need to contact your local reseller or Cisco account rep and they can place an order for one.  Again, as Martin has indicated, it was a zero cost key when we asked for it, but can take a few weeks for the orders to progress through the system.
