Hello - I have few queries on Cisco TelePresence Management Suite Analytics Extension and wanted to get some help on the same.
A. Is Cisco continuing active development on this product and/or have pre-defined roadmaps for this platform? We quite didn't
hear any updates at SEVT's UC 10.0 release for this platform?
B. What kind of support is available for this platform from a report customization perspective?
C. Are there any sample SQL scripts that could be re-used for generating reports of the below type:
D. What are the known technical limitations of the platform from an Analytics perspective? In other words, does it imply that
harnessing the analytics potential lies in the hands of the developer and NOT the platform, given its API interfaces?
Thanks
SG

See this thread, Kjetil Rees post (marked as correct answer) in particular:

You're not going to get a reply re development plans and road maps here in a public forum, you'll have to contact your Cisco rep for that kind of information.
If you want something where all the hard work has been done for you, and which is customised for your particular needs, then you might want to consider looking at vAnalytics, http://vyopta.com/products/vanalytics by Vyopta, http://vyopta.com/
No, I am not associated with Vyopta, however, we do use one of their products.
