Hello,
I have a Cisco telepresence and touch10 device.I want register cisco webex but i reviced folow message.
I installed Firmware ce 9.5.2 8fcb81fa38f 2018-11-28 version.
What can i do ?

1)Please ensure that your firewall has been setup as per the below link (this doc is checklist on ports that needs to allowed on your corporate firewall)

Go to https://admin.webex.com, go to Places, and then click Add Place.
Follow the instructions on the screen to create a new place and device.
The name for the place also becomes the name for your device (i.e SX20).
16 Digit activation code generated needs to manually entered or QR scan on the device (you can also email the code)

There is one more way of entering the activation code(in case the video device is located in remote site).

Parameters:
ActivationCode (required) <String: 16, 19>
The activation code that has been created in Control Hub for this device.
SecurityAction (required) <Harden, NoAction>
Harden: Deactivates all local users that have been created for this device and deactivates Macros.
NoAction: Doesn’t remove any configurations. Use NoAction if you wish to keep existing integrations.
