We had webex meeting around 8am CST on Mar 18 2020 but some users were having issue joing webex and call quality. Does anyone know was there an outage and what time it started and resolved?
What is the recommended browser for Finesse please? Can we use chrome and would there be any issue? appreciate any advise. Thank you all. 
can we totally disable SMB for UCCE under Windows Server 2012? or do we need at least smbv2?
Is there a way to generate list of phone not registered to CUCM? Im trying to do housekeeping for license related stuff. Right now the only way I can see is to sort/search device type and highlight copy/paste to excel sheet. Has anyone got better app...
Configured CTI RP for VM only for our consultant virtual. Can I confirm that this scenario doesn't consume any license? Thank you.
