CISCO TMS AND WEBEX INTEGRATION

Hi,

We have Cisco TMS 13.2 Installed. Also we have a webex site. We would like to integrate TMS with Webex. I followed the release notes and configured the conference parameters related to webex like partner id, site id and site url. Once i entered. the details i receiving the following error.

Unable to get conference meeting types from WebEx server. Please ensure connection information and credentials are correct.

The WebEx service reports the error as: Sequence contains no elements.

Please let me know if i need to configure any other information.

Can you resolve appropriately on the host name your configuring in the web conference settings from the TMS server? Can you ping the WebEx server from the TMS server?

In addition, the accounts on the WebEx server have to  be set related to the time zone of the user. This should be the same as  the time zone defined for the user in Cisco TMS.
