Did you recently upgrade or downgrade the EX90 recently, if so, what are the software versions?
If it's been stuck at "downloading software" for sometime, you might be running into bug CSCuv52003.

I did not upgrade but I register my Ex90 on a VCS server before as part of a POD.
I think it's the same Bug as you told me.
But can download the last version bacause i dont have a valid support contract.

If you have any TC based endpoint that is on an active support contract and that contract is associated with your Cisco.com account, you can download the software.

Did the EX90 finish upgrading? did you try upgrading from the web gui or from a TFTP/CUCM server?

My ex90 works correctly with CUCM 10.
I activated the option auto answer to be able to use it without touch panel.
please you can explain to me how to make an update with web gui.

If you're EX90 is registered to a VCS or in standalone mode not registered to any call control server, you can upgrade it via it's web interface under Maintenance > Software Upgrade, refer to the EX90 TC7.2 Admin Guide on pg 48. However, if it is registered to CUCM, you must perform the software upgrade there and not through the web interface.
