Cisco Touch 8 unable to pairing with SX20

Dear all,

 I has tried to pairing between Cisco touch 8 and SX20. The cisco touch 8 can pairing with SX20 just 5 mins after that on touch 8 screen show the error message "Connecting with the video system please make sure your video system is turn on, and connect to the network" on SX20 version TC7.1.1

SX20 version TC6.0.0 is working fine

I'm not sure that is bug for TC7.1.1

Hi,

How's the network connectivity between the Touch 8 and SX20? 

- same VLAN ?

- DHCP or Static IP assignments ?

 

If confirmed that there's no issue on network connectivity, try to do some factory reset on touch 8 (refer to page 26):

Hi ACE,

I has found on cisco bug search tool that the issue is bug for TC7.1.1

After upgrade FW to 7.3.3 the issue has been resolved.

Reference by CSCun63651 case.
