Cisco TTC7-25 codec - not starting

Hi all,

Need some help with my TTC7-25 codec.  When switched on , white led blinks 4 times and dies. When white led blinks , the network ports from the back blinks too.

If i press the reset button from the back for 10 secs , white led starts blinking and never stops.

Any idea or solution to fix it?

If the customer has the ability to log RMA requests, that suggests they have a Cisco Service Contract on the device - in which case it would be best for you to work with the Cisco TAC to resolve the issue.
