Cisco VCS Expressway, webinterface logs out and cookie issue

Hey All,

 

I have found about two posts on this Subject but none of the ideas shared in those post were able to fix my issue.

 

I'm experiencing excessive logout issues only on my VCSE. When I log in ( does not matter which browser is being used) I have also tried doing it from Servers in the same Data Centre but the issue persists. 

The page also does not always load correctly, we will have the background missing and then it will logout.
My VCS-C is fine and does not have this issue, all external calls coming from outside is not affected.

 

But I am unable to do troubleshooting when we have clients dialing in. Any other ideas from your side, I am able to SSH to my VCSE and it does not logout, this is only on the Webinterface. Could this be a Certificate issue on the VCSE ?

 

Any ideas on what logs to pull from SSH to share with Cisco TAC?

Any help will be appreciated.

Can you please confirm upon the software version of your VCS-E ?

Hey Bud,

 

Current software version is X8.7.2. The reason we have not upgraded is because we will be going Virtual in about 2 Months.
