We have a new Cisco Webex Room Kit Mini.
It is installed on our network but NOT registered to any cloud service/CUCM/VCS, just as standalone video conference endpoint.
We are able to establish calls to specific IP address but using web interface.
While we got a future registration to a new CUCM ( future project), we need to validate:
How we can unlock TOUCH CONTROL UNIT in order to establish calls from this user friendly interface?
best Regards

I'm guessing what you mean by "unlock" is the startup wizard? When you're in the web GUI, go to configuration and search on wizard, and from there you can turn it off. Once you do that it won't be asking you what service you're using, etc.

Thanks for your fast comment, we have already set the following items.
Under SystemUnit config
RunStartupWizard: FALSE
StartupWizardState: AUTO.
we restarted EP. And we are still unable to unlock Touch Control unity,
Please let me know if you are talking about different setup.
Best Regards

What is displayed on the Touch 10? Is there a message/error?

Just the WELCOME PAGE with the following messagea:
a) "You need to register this device before you can start using webex teams or webex meetings" --> after that only options for external registration.
b) Connect the USB to your computer to use device as external camera.
c) Connect an HDMI cable to your computer to use the monitor as an external screen.
No more options....
Best regards

As I read it looks you are right, but although our version is: ce9.6.0.76c1685b70e
We got an error when we try to apply your recommended command
"xConfiguration UserInterface WebCamOnlyMode: Off"
we got this message:
Config status=Error
config reason" No match on address expression"
config XPath: xConfiguration UserInterface WebCamOnlyMode"
end
ERROR
I am reading 9.6 API reference guide....and the command does exist
But when I run the command "xConfiguration UserInterface" to see all related settings, we do not see the WebCamOnlyMode option.

I will try to get the firmware 9.7, but I saw the recommended command is available in GUI (see pag 147 on this link:
So this could not be a license or subscription problem?
Best Regards
