Hi all,
i have an issue with the CME GUI.
normally when we add new phones to the network the phone will appear on the GUI.but one of the phone is not appearing.but this phone is registered.can able to configure using CLI.what could be the cause?

GUI has many limitations. Use CLI only for sure and fast results.

Probably if you look at the CLI, you'll find ephone "x", make sure that tag number is not higher to the max-ephone under telephony-service. there is a known bug about it, I just can't remember the ID at the moment.
