CMR cloud webex questions

Hi guys . I'm getting trough CMR cloud docs and see all media streams  will be mixed  by Webex cloud and then streamed back to user .

We have only CUCM 10.5, CUC, IMP servers and SX 20 codecs for video .

What if  enterprise wants to do an internal web conference? In this case all the web traffic need to be routed through the WebEx cloud too ?

Thank you

If you use CMR Cloud, all traffic will be transmitted to the cloud, even for an internal only meeting.  If you want to host meetings where the traffic remains all internal, you'll need an on-premise conferencing solution, it depends on what capabilities you want and endpoints in use.

Let me move this post to Telepresence community as this community is for MeetingPlace and Cissco WebEx Meetings Server products.

ok, this is clear. Are CWMS and CMS on-premise solution capable to do switching/mixing video and audio ?

Thank you

CWMS doesn't support TelePresence integration, only WebEx Meeting Center in the cloud does, however CWMS does support web conferencing similar to the WebEx SaaS offering.

CMS Premises requires the use of TMS, Conductor and TelePresence Server, take a look at CMR Premises Solution Guide Release 7.0 and CMR Premises Deployment Guide Release 7.0 - Primary (for Unified CM) for more information on it.
