Need assist asap please. I am running Acano X3 appliance with CMS 2.6.1 image ...
Getting choppy audio on medium to large calls ... it's getting very annoying for senior executives in the call.
I have reduced Bandwidth from 2000000 to 9000000 and no change.
Qos is enabled on our network ..
Stats indicate calls protocols and jitter well within specs.
We just activated this CMS so we are learning the box and understanding the log entries ??
Example: call 5573 receiver report 1 interval for rx audio 1=6227ms (period 6220ms) ??? That is alot of delay ??? Also noticed back in version 2.2.8 there was a bug for choppy audio ?? Is that still exsist in 2.6.1 ?? Please advise.
