Hello,
As said in subject, we have configuration of CMS 2.6.4 which is integrated with EXPE 12.5.7 for purpose of WebRtc.
Everything has been working fine for more than 1,5 years, and in last couple of weeks (when usage increased a lot for obvious reasons), we noticed it started to malfunction every two weeks or so. If you wanted to connect to webrtc from outside the network, you wouldn't get the form for the conference or any kind of reply from CMS/ExpE.
We figured we can repair it by restarting expe. Then we upgraded both servers to the latest versions (2.6.4 and 12.5.7) and got the same behavior in two days (didn't need to wait for two weeks).
Restart of expe again fixed the issue.
Any idea what might cause this? We suspect it might be linked to system-protection-automated detection parameters- HTTP proxy protocol violation, but as far as I understand it quarantines one suspicious address for some time, and when the issue occurs, nobody gets any HTTPS response...
We will investigate further, problem is this is now critical service, and we have no time to do any troubleshooting, priority is to bring it back up which means restart.
Thanks for any suggestions
