Hi,
I'm trying to engineer something whereby an administrator can lock a CMS conference to only existing participants via CMM. This seems achievable if we define hosts and guests before the conference, however optimally I'd be looking to have anyone be able to join the conference directly (without having to wait in a lobby), until such a time as an administrator locks the conference.
I understand how to do it if we have hosts and guests (defined via access method or cospace membership) but is there anyway to achieve this without doing that?
