Hi experts, recently did CMS integration with CUCM, for ad-hoc conf feature. Noticed that we do not need to configure CUCM IP within the CMS configuration, would like to understand how does CMS knows which CUCM it's authorized to talk to? Thx

Hi Shankar
Saw your post .Iam planning to install CMS and integrate with CUCM. Please do share if you have any guide on the same .Its kind of confusing on the requirements for CMS installation like Does CMS and CUCM needs to be in domain for both of them to work , is it possible to integrate CUCM which is not domain to CMS.

Hi, i am assuming you have access to Cisco dCloud. You may refer the doc - Cisco Preferred Architecture for Enterprise Collaboration 11.6

Hello.
There is API connection (name/password is used to authorized).
You need to create SIP trunk first, then In Media Resources-> Conference Bridge add Cisco Meeting server Trunk with name/password. Be aware that in case you running older version of CUCM which does not support TLS1.2 you could see status not registered, therefore you need to setup on CMS minimum TLS version to 1.0.
Good Luck
