Hi,
I have installed CMS with recording, recorder in separate VM.
Setup is done, callbridge also successfully connected the recorder, SRV record also mentioned in recorder.
Problem is when call connected to CMS Space, recording folder has been created in NFS but no content is there, only empty folder created.
Anybody ca help on this ?

Please see the below link and check whether you have given all permission to NFS folder or not.
Also verify the config again-

No issues in NFS permission, because recording directory has been created automatically.

Hi Debudas,
Did you get this resolved? I am having the exact same issue (after recording starts a subdirectory is created on NFS share, no errors in the logs, but no video file ends up in that subdirectory).

Yes, my problem has been solved,
Please check your DNS setting in CMS, and check the DNS A record also.
