CMS , TMS with TMXE Multi-Domain and Multi-Cluster

Hi All,

I see CMS can be configured for multi-tenancy to connect to different LDAP source for allocated of PMP licensing etc. Web Bridges can also be assigned to tenants etc..

My question is around booking scheduled conferences from multiple TMSXE sources (Non AD Mode).. In TMS, when you add a CMS Server you configure the quantity and numeric phone number along with a domain.. How can I force say when Tenant A books through their TMSXE via TMS to CMS, that the TMS or CMS will allocate a web-bridge and XMPP bridge (for CMA) for Tenant A's domain. eg join.tenantA@cms.domain.com..

There is a multi-tenancy guide, however it does dive deep into TMS integration etc..

Any past experiences would be helpful.

Thanks

Ben

Hi Ben,

TMS isn't well designed for multi-tenant but a few workarounds could be to possibly use multiple TMS servers (one per tenant) all scheduling conferences on the same CMS, alternatively to add the same TMS several times via different interfaces (one interface per tenant with different settings).  I'm not sure if either of these would give you what you're after but it would be worth a try.

Thanks Nick, Im not sure what you mean by 'via different interfaces' Do you mean separate interfaces on the Windows server hosting TMS?

I mean different interfaces on CMS (iface a, iface b etc)

yeah ok, I see.. assign a Call Bridge, Web-bridge, xmpp domain etc to each interface.. Would be worth a look into..

Thanks
