Customer is having VCS-centric environment where all phones are registering to the VCS-Control. They recently purchase CMS (single combined server) and looking to have WebRTC and Skype for business to work from outside. In normal scenario, there is a Unified CM (Call Control) , Expressway-C/E , CMS and CMS Gateway (Transcoding) where every appliance will has its own role. However, in case of customer scenario, VCS-Control is going to play multiple role whereas phones are registering to, host the WebRTC configuration, and direct calls to CMS (which is return used as a conference bridge and in the same time Gateway transcoder). So ,my first question is does this scenario valid or need to separate components to avoid loops?. Secondly, I am unable to find a document that specify how to do this kind of design or configuration in this scenario.
