Dear all,
Need help about codec60.
i buy c60, one camera and a screen.
I try implement c60 with dual monitor (divide it on my screen)
i want to divide it, so in first monitor i can see "self view", on second monitor i can see the party that i called.
But everytime i choose the secone monitor, it blanks.
it seems like, i don't have second monitor.
I haven't insert any license. Is there added license that i should buy for second monitor?
Thanks
Regards,
Anju

Dear Jens Didriksen,
really glad to see you again
i check data sheet on c40 and c60.
i can see the option for dual display
LIC-C40-DD
but in c60 http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/telepresence-codec-c60/data_sheet_c78-628595.html
i don't see the option for dual display.
Do i still need buy the option key?

You're absolutely correct - I forgot the C60 and C90 comes with DualDisplay function - ouch .
So no, but you do need two displays though.
Edit:
If you do indeed have two monitors, depending on the software version of your C60, this thread might be of interest (relates to "selfview"):
https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3964805
Monitors are otherwise commony configured as
Video/Monitors: Dual
Video/Output/HDMI1:MonitorRole:First
Video/Output/DVI2/MonitorRole: Second
If you set this to "PresentationOnly" instead of "Second", then you will get a black screen until a presentation is either started or received.
