Dear All,
we have Cisco codec C40 with release TC6.3.0 .
This codec has no video output through it's HDMI port or DVI port.
when we run diagnostic test all results is good ,we test all cables by replaced this codec with another one (C40 with release TC5.1.2) the video output works fine so cables is fine and screens also.
we try to downgrade to release TC6.0 but the same result ,we can't downgrade to release TC5.1.2 as this device not covered by smart-net.
Kindly find running configuration and logs files attached
Thanks & Best Regards
Remon

Have you tried a software upgrade to TC7.x?
Since you're running TC6.3, you don't need a release key to upgrade the software, just need a valid support contract for another C Series endpoint to download the software. Another option to obtain TC7 software is to contact TAC with security advisory cisco-sa-20170607-tele, which allows access to the software to patch security vulnerabilities.
If upgrading the software isn't possible, you can try a factory reset.
If non of the options above work, it might be that the video outputs have failed and the codec would need to be replaced.

The OSD may be set to one of the other output ports.
You can try to switch it back to HDMI1 with the remote by pressing the following sequence:
Disconnect * # * # 0 1 #
You can try other outputs too, just in case the one you have connected is broken. instead of the 1 above, use a 2 for DVI 2, 3 for HDMI 3, or 4 for DVI 4.
