Codec C40 Rebooting problem

Hello, i've two problems C40 

1. the video oh the camera do not display on the screen, (display black screen)

2. when i connect the codec on the switch, it keeps rebooting,

What version of software are you running on the C40s? What type of switch are you connecting to? Any recent changes?

Just to be clear, when you connect the C40 to the Switch, the C40 keeps on cyclic rebooting? Do you see the cisco logo appear on the screen when it is rebooting? How long does the C40 stay up before it reboots?

the version is s52000tc4_2_1,

3560 cisco switch 

no changes at all, 

the c40 keeps on cyclic rebooting, and the logo CISCO apear on the sreen each time when he rebooting,

it stays up for about 2, 3 minitues, thanx
