I have a Codec Pro with Quad Camera. I keep losing the incoming audio signal from external endpoints via the HDMI ARC and would like to try using a line out (1-4) Euroblock to line in audio on the Quad Camera. What type of connection input is the audio line in on the Quad Camera? Is it a typical 3.5 stereo jack? Does Cisco make a cable for this connection?

Hi,
You can go from the Line out of the codec to the quadcamera, it hase a 3.5mm mini jack input.
You have to make the cable your self, buy a decent cable with a 3.5mm jack and cut off the connector at the other end.
But my first advice would be try a new (good quality HDMI) cable and check if this fixes your issue.

Your HDMI cable should support ARC, not all HDMI cables do and you can't tell from the outside.

Hi,
Thank you. The audio cable was installed and it's working. I tried several HDMI ARC capable cables, including Cisco's cable, but none of them worked.
