I have a couple of general questions regarding this scenario
If a Codec has Multi-site option key and is registered to a VCSC and is migrated to a CUCM registered system:
A.) will the Multi-site option key still be available for use on the Codec?
B.) Can the TMS schedule to it, and not need a Conductor based TPS to service the meeting?

You don't mention what endpoint and software version, however the endpoint can use the Multisite option even after it's migrated to CUCM, see sx20-cucm for reference.
The endpoint can also be using in TMS to schedule conferences that are hosted on the endpoint's embedded MCU as long as you've added it into TMS, refer to the TMS Admin Guides on how to add CUCM managed endpoints into TMS.

Thanks Patrick, for the sake of reference we have SX10s SX80s and EX90s all running TC7.3.4
