Any ideas would be appreciated...
Make: CISCO
Model: 5320
FIRMWARE: 4.5(1.89)
Build: 6.19(1.89)
CPU load: .5%
Media Processing Load: 22%

Health: All current status "OK"

System is configured for SD calls providing max participant = 40.
Recently seeing resource warnings when connecting over 23 calls. During one large call when adding the 32nd participant the bridge failed and had to move all participants to our backup 5320.
I also reinstalled the firmware to see if that would help but still getting resource warnings ...

This has been discussed a few times before in the Community. You are hitting one of the many MCU bugs like CSCuc98311. As the MCU software has past its End of SW Maintenance Release Date (2 May 2018), there will not be any future software released to fix these issues. If you are consistently getting the crashes on the same DSP, then the unit should be RMA'd under an active serice contract.
