Conference Booking and site bandwidth limiting

Hello,

When booking a conference, is there a product that can verify that the video bandwidth is not going to be exceeded at the time of the meeting and prevent overbooking?

Is there product that can drop adhoc video calls to audio when conference calls that are scheduled kick off and need the bandwidth?

These are all for the cases where bandwidth is oversubscribed between sites.

I am not sure TMS fits the bill or there are such bandwidth management options on the road map for it.

I know in VCS you can created subzones allowing you to define a max bandwidth per call within a zone and outside a zone.  I am not aware TMS will define anything like that.

TMS has IP zones that can limit bandwidth to and between different zones.  You define what endpoints and MCUs are in each zone.
