configure SIP URI Dialing

I need help to setup SIP URI dailing cross cluster via SIP trunk..

 

when i call meeting1@abc.com .... it worked

when i call 12345@abc.com i get " your call cannot be completed as dialed"

 

i don't know what else is missing to get it going !!

 

i am calling from DX80 and Jabber client and registered to cucm 11.5

Check your route patterns - you obviously have one that your "meeting1@abc.com" is matching, but for your other one either you are matching on one that doesn't route to your SIP trunk or you don't have one that matches at all. Your problem is likely there somewhere. 

when   i dialing meeting1@abc.com it hits @ABC.com SIP route pattern, but when i dial 1234@abc.com i get busy. i cannot create a route pattern for that because route pattern does not accept @ and letters !!

Can you try by just adding " * " instead?

i did but it's not working :(
