Hi,
We are encountering some issue on the layout on the MCU 4510.
See sample illustration base on the output video from Cisco C60 connected on a video call hosted by MCU using single monitor only.
Endpoint A = Cisco C60
Endpoint B = ConferenceMe
Endpoint C = Polycom PVX
1. When Endpoint A will share content, the output display of the content is not maximized.
2. When Endpoint B will share content, the output display of the content is not maximized.
3. When Endpoint C will share content, the output display of the content maximized.
Our objective is to fully maximized display output of the content on the MCU layout pane when Endpoint A or B will do the PC presentation.
What should be check on the MCU settings and C60 codec?
Thank you for your help.
Br,

Just a guess, but is the content being shared by Endpoints A and B in a 16:9 format, and that shared by Endpoint C 4:3?
