content server rebuild

Our content server was down , I need to re build the image, I found that I need checksum information, before I rebuild the image (from admin guide)

Where can I find ?  I have get the license already, I have also try to repair by windows server program feature , but it failed.

Is the TCS under contract, it might be worth trying to submit a TAC case and have TAC walk you through everything if it can be brought back online, or else issue an RMA.
