Content server recording get error when clicking "Manage Outputs"

Hi,

I have a recording which displays " An error occured while loading this page" when selecting Manage Outputs from the Edit Recording menu. Browser type make no difference and this is the only recording which has this issue (see image below).

Any sugestions?

Hi Matthew,

what version of TCS are you using?

If this is the only recording displays the error message, there is possibility of recording was not rendered correctly and corrupted during encryption process.

is this a standalone solution or cluster?

have you looked at the log files for further error messages?
