Our small office uses direct IP connections for VC meetings. We set the "do not disturb" mode "on" but can't figure out how to keep it on permanently. We set it and before long we resume receiving random calls which flash on the screen to acceptance or rejection. Is there a solution?

You need to put your system behind your firewall by closing all the inbound ports and only allow known IP address through, one alternative is to use a NAT. Best solution is to use a gatekeeper such as a VCS. Take a look at the following discussions.
