Convert a VCSC to VCSE

                   RMA'd our VCSE and received a VCSC applied Licences but unit is still a Control.  How to convert to an Expressway?

Have you processed re-hosting the license from Cisco site?

A part of it (for RMA), you should receive VCS-Expressway option key.

I can ACK what Tomonori said, you have to transfer the licenses. But I also had seen once

that a very old (I think it came with X1 or X2) software which was listed wrong in the licensing

system. Then I would contact your local Cisco partner or contact licensing@cisco.com
