Hi Ocampo,
I installed all the devices (MCU 5300 & Telepresence MX300 G2) but in the screan shows "telepresence not register" and on the network status touch it shows this IP add. 169.x.x.x.x, seems that have DHCP error but I dont know why?
Please Help me!
Best Regards

The 169 ip address is received from the MX300 G2 internal DHCP server. That is normal. If the endpoint reports that it is not registered you should access the advanced settings menu on the touch and provision/manually configure the endpoint to a registrar (CUCM, VCS etc..) or enable direct calling (IP dialing). I am not sure what your deployment should look like.
