Solved: Creating CMR - Questions

Hi Community,

We have TMS 14.6 and used it to create personal CMR for the user.

I have a question regarding the "Create Email Message". What is the purpose of this feature? If I will click the Create Email Message it will just open new browser and nothing happens. What should be the expected output? How can we use this feature? What do we need to integrate on TMS?

When you click the "Create Email Message" button, it will open the default email client install on your computer, if you don't have one, than that could explain why it's just opening up a blank web page. No integration is required, just have an email client on your computer that is setup as your default email program.
