CS-CODEC-PLUS P60 Camera Connected but no control

We have one CS-CODEC-PLUS codec running 2 P60 cameras with software 9.7.1 and works fine and we can control both cameras. We have a second codec with 2 P60 cameras and the codec will recognize both cameras but will only control 1 of them.  I even saved the config of the 1st codec and loaded into the second codec with the same results.  We also tried another camera on the 2nd codec with the same results.  Has anybody else ran into this issue before?

How do you have the cameras connected to the codec? I'm guessing on the working one you have a small switch that's connected to the second ethernet port on the C60, and both cameras have ethernet cables going to that switch, correct? How about #2 - same thing? Are you sure you have a good ethernet cable on the camera you can't control? If you go into status/peripherals, does the codec recognize the cameras?

Basically yes to all. We have the exact same setup with both systems. The codec recognizes both cameras but will only control 1. We have swapped our Ethernet cables, HDMI cables and to a different camera with the same results. And also on that note how can you switch between the cameras on the Touch 10 panel? I am about to try a different network switch and camera one last time to see if it will recognize and control it.

How about in the codec configuration - compare your two systems. Go to configuration, video, input. Is the camera control set to on or off? That would explain it.

Have you assigned the camera serial numbers in the Configuration > Camera screen so that the codec knows which one is Camera 1 and which one is Camera 2?

If you have copied the config from one device to another, you may have an incorrect serial number in one of those fields which would affect your camera control as well.
