i have a touch screen model CTS-CTRL-DVC8 FREEZING when i connect to another VC unit it shows this message (lost connection with control device)

What device are you moving it from and to? How is it connected to the device (LAN, or direct connection). Have you unpaired it from the first device and re-paired it with the second device?
You can also try a factory reset on it. See: resetting-cisco-telepresence-touch-8-factory-defaults and then pair it with your chosen device.

Touch screen had been removed from Tandberg Profile 52 C 40 ,i unpaired it and re-paired it again to the same device but no vain,also i paired it to EX 90 but the same result it keeps freezing ,i made factory resetting but also the touch is no working anymore and stuck into choose language.
