CTS Manager to TMS and TMSXE

has anyone performed the migration from CTS-Manager to TMS and TMSXE before?

i am trying to get advice from someone who has done it before to know whether its worth doing the trial import of the data or whether to just go straight for the actual import?

we have a single weekend to carry out the migration and it would save a lot of time if we didnt have to do the trial import.

I would think you could do a trial migration anytime, then use the specified weekend for the real migration. A quick Google search returned these two migration guides for those that want to go from CTS Manager to TMS, hopefully after you read through them you can decide on if you want to do a test or go straight to the actual migration.
