Hi Experts,
we had CTS 1100 on version 1.7 and CUCM on Version 8.6.When we go to the web page of the CTS 1100 and telephony settings tab we get the QOS marking setting page,but this gives the note "Use unified CM to change these settings".Can you tell where we can change these settings in CUCM as i am not able to find the same.I had attached the snapshot of the CTS page.

i had also found the QOS setting in cucm service parameters which one i had to use for changing the device QOS
