Hi,
I've a problem using a TouchPanel paired to a C40 TC5.1 (issue also present in TC4.2) when I try to call to a contact (IP) shared by TMS (13.1).
C40 is registered in a gatekeeper (gatekeeper mode), once I press over 'Call' an error appears:
Cannot connect call
Unknown protocol given for URI:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
It works if previusly press over 'edit & call' and then 'call'.
Is this issue solved in a newer release? Does exist some workaround?

Hi,
This is a known issue, and will be fixed in future TMS release 13.2.1
One work around as you mentioned is to edit the call before call, or in the TMS, you can try to turn off the routing for phonebook lookup here:
Administrative Tools > Configuration > General Settings > Route Phone Book Entries
