Hello,
How to generate the CDR stats from the CUCM ?
For information, the CAR has been activated.
Thx

I don't proclaim to be an 'expert' on CUCM CDRs, but I think this would be a good start (latest version info):

As my CTS 3010 are registered to the CUCM, it seems that there are no stats available. Do you have any idea where i could extract CDR ?

If the CDR DB is enabled on CUCM, you should be able to navigate to "Cisco Unified Serviceability". Then on the TOOLS menu, choose "CDY Analysis and Reporting". (or simply go to https://yourcucmipaddress:8443/car/ )
This is the RAW call data and how much data is there depends on call volume and disk space and how your DB was set up. For more information on that I would check out the document on the link Dale Ritchie posted on his earlier reply.

Again, not a CUCM expert but looking briefly at the section of the CUCM Admin guide I refer to above, it refers to this document concerning Cisco Unified CDR Analysis and Reporting Administration Guide:
Hopefully there is something in there that can help you or maybe someone from the CUCM side of the house can chime in

I got 4 CTS 3010 registered to my CUCM and a TPS 8710 blade for multipoint.
I DL the CDR from the TPS 8710,but the data are quite difficult exploitable. Do you have any idea how to process the CDR stats?

You will need to either import it into Excel and manipulate the data manually or you will need to use an external Call Accounting software package. I don't think Cisco sells one but there are quite a few out there and they range in price and features.

If the CTS,CUCM and the TPS are registered to the TMS,but why there are no proper stats like the VC endpoint.
I think its a subject where Cisco need to bring improvement.
