Hi all,
When I check the registrated CTS-3000 in Cisco Unified Call Manager, I attempted to create the log files. First, I clicked 'Capture New Log files'. After Capture complete, clicked Download existing Log file button. But downloaded file was created last time, not this time. I tried to several time, but result is same. Sysop file downloading is doing well.
I want to know the process to get log files.
